Transformation!

I had digestive challenges as a teenager. It was so uncomfortable, the pain would wake me up ever day by two or three in the morning and refuse to let me go back to sleep. This, in itself, sucks. Still, what was worse was the thought that this pattern in my body could not change. I tried acid reflux medicine. I ate simple foods and less food. It was like being stuck in a machine that refused to change. But, thank god, that’s not the end of the story!

When I was 18 I discovered a way to shift my downward spiral of abdominal discomfort, insomnia, and ensuing restlessness. That discovery began with a rythmic yogic breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya (taught by a group called the Art of Living foundation). This technique blew my mind away. It decimated my restlessness and radically improved my sleep and digestion. Later in the year I also took a 5 day silent meditation course through the Art of Living foundation as well. During the silent program I experienced a foundational shift wherein the acid reflux tendencies were eliminated.

The real magic here is realizing seemingly immovable mountains, or obstacles to inner-freedom, often just need the right strategy to move them. And, as the saying goes, a bit of faith. What is it you want to transform and can you find the faith to shift it? I’m here to do what I can to support you with exploring that question.
